Found in an e-mail.

Just like slips of the tongue, typos are like slips of the finger.

They tell you stuff that lies in between the lines (or for this case, around the line).

For this particular line, the typo may indicate that the person was thinking about frying something up before or after sending me the e-mail.

Or, it can also mean that, because the time is flying by so fast, the person is feeling the heat and, thus, the imagery of being fried....
